Just Another Artist Showing Us the Pandemic Won’t Limit Our Creativity

“2020 is obviously not the best year for long distance traveling. That’s why I decided to jump on my motorbike and go on a road trip to Saxony and Thuringia in the eastern part of Germany.

It is a part of the country that in general doesn’t make its money by tourists dropping in. It was interesting to see how this part of Germany is still so very different from my hometown Munich in Bavaria after all these years that the wall came down. Most of the architecture is back from a time when the country was still divided in East- and West Germany.

I saw a lot of windows with the blinds down, stores that have been closed for years, and, houses that used be the homes of many families.”
