With 119 colour illustrations across 448 pages, Schuhbeck doesn’t just cover the classics – Currywurst, Sauerkraut, Black Forest Cake – he also showcases more recent developments in the cuisine.


Each recipe provides instruction on how to make dishes at home. The book also contains vegetarian, gluten- and dairy-free recipes.
